with a claims-free move.
Confiança offers the following protection coverage that will best suit your needs:
- Limited liability based on weight per article
- Total loss Only in case of 100% damage or loss to the shipment
- All Risk Replacement value based on full replacement or repair cost
These options of liability are not insurance agreements governed by state insurance laws,
but instead are authorized under Released Rates Orders of the Surface Transportation Board of
the U.S. Department of Transportation. Liability coverage for moving is not the same as insurance
policies. Valuation is NOT insurance.
